Move-In Saturday  Set Up

Exhibitor Registration begins at 9:00am and will close at 7:00pm.
The hall will close at 7:00pm.

Move-Out Monday

The show closes on Monday at 6:00pm.
Breakdown will be strictly enforced!

There will be no breakdown or move out before the close.

Payment & Reservations

All booth must be paid in advance. Payment is required to hold your booth.
If you haven't already sent in your payment - please make payment arrangements immediately. 

Shipping/ Receiving Information

Material Handling Information

Material handling charges based on inbound weight per  shipment.

Packages received during the show or set up times will be received by the Shipping and Receiving  Department and delivered to your booth for an additional fee of $6.00 per package. This service is only available Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.
